So...all I can say about the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Rock Festival: Ahhhhmaazing!!! This is the first time I've been to a rock concert this large, in the past I go to smaller venues in the city. The rock festival was any rock concert on steroids! It was ALL day...but waiting till Avenged Sevenfold took the stage (even on a work night!) at 10pm was worth it! The incredible sounds, the seas of fist pumps, dodging mosh pits, fire and flames, it was an experience like no other! The other headliners were Korn, Asking Alexandria and Tri. The Mayhem Rock Festival tours the country every year...it might not be to late to find it in your city!!!
Selecting my outfit was super easy. Since the destination is an open area under the blazing sun, cut off denim shorts were a must! I found this cute tank whose graphic text totally describes me: Wild Hearts Run Free. Love it! Because this is a day to night event, I added a layer with the a rockers style staple...a plaid button up!
